  • Bradley Stoke Small Business Forum

The local business forum aims to help its members by providing business opportunities both locally and nationally.

In this way, it is possible to raise awareness of Bradley Stoke as a place to work and reside and to consequently improve the economic structure of the town.

Meetings are held monthly at the Aztec Hotel & Spa.

  • Southern Brooks Community Partnership

The Southern Brooks Community Partnership promotes building community spirit through Community development, working with local people to help them identify issues that concern them and to find local answers to local issues.

The Aztec Hotel & Spa supports the development of various groups within the community by providing basic Food Hygiene training organised through the partnership.

    Living Landmarks Project

Funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the project has created a total of 30 permanent visual and text plaques, which mark important places in the community. One of these being at Lodgeonthepark.com, part of the Aztec Hotel & Spa, marking the site of the old farm buildings that were on the site, prior to the Aztec West Business Park.

Our very own Starbucks café, found within Lodgeonthepark.com, helps the community by operating 'Starbus' - supplying free coffee to workers waiting on the bus stops as well as working with local schools in a clean up campaign organised by Bradley Stoke Town Council.

  • Willow Brook Centre

The hotel is working in partnership with the Willow Brook Centre in an effort to create a meeting place to help build the community atmosphere in Bradley Stoke.

We also support our local children’s football club - Bradley Stoke United. We offer the management committee the opportunity to meet at the centre on a regular basis.

  • City of Bristol College

Working with our Head Chef, Mike Riordan, and our food service teams, the Hotel and College believe in the value an apprentice can bring to the business - a mutually beneficial relationship between an employer and a young person - an investment in the future.

An apprenticeship develops a career that is both rewarding and challenging.

  • Destination Bristol

Destination Bristol is the destination management organisation for Bristol and South Gloucestershire. It is one of nine such organisations covering the whole of the South West of England, each charged with the responsibility to promote the development of tourism.

Launched in 1999, as Bristol Tourism and Conference Bureau, Destination Bristol is a company jointly owned and controlled by Bristol City Council and Business West. It works in close partnership with its members, with the South West of England Regional Development Agency, South West Tourism, VisitBritain and partner destination management organisations, to improve business competitiveness, support employment and economic growth, provide services to visitors, and market the Bristol city region as a world-class leisure and business travel destination.

The Aztec Hotel works in conjunction with Destination Bristol to help promote the south west as a tourist venue - our Front of House team have trained to be able to offer Tourist Information to anyone who needs it, consequently making the hotel a dedicated Tourist Information Point for the south west.
